CHERRY OR STRAWBERRY ANGEL FOOD CAKE

| Ingredients: |
1 angel food cake
2 boxes fat free/sugar free instant vanilla pudding
1 can "lite" cherry or strawberry pie filling
1- 8 oz. fat free sour cream

1- 12 oz. Tub fat free Cool Whip
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cup fat free or skim milk

| Cooking Instructions: |
|
Tear up cake into bite size pieces. Mix pudding with milk and vanilla. Stir until thick. Then add sour cream and 1/2 tub of the Cool Whip. Layer cake and pudding mix until half way then add 3/4 can of pie filling. Continue with cake and pudding. Put Cool Whip around the edges and fill center with pie filling.
