| Ingredients: |
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 pkgs semisweet chocolate chips -- (300-g)
1/4 cup Liqueur
nestles quick or icing sugar

| Cooking Instructions: |

line 9 inch square cake pan with foil, set aside
in saucepan combine milk and sugar cook over
medium heat, stirring until mixture comes to a full boil.
Boil for 3 minutes stirring constantly, remove
from heat.
Add chocolate chips and liqueur, stir vigorously
until chocolate is melted and smooth.
Pour into pan. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until
firm. Cut in to 1 inch squares.
Place in foil or paper candy cups and keep
refrigerated until just before serving.
Can be saved for up to 1 week.
Non alcoholic version add hot strong coffee made
with nescafe rich blend. Instant coffee or nescafe instant
espresso for the liquor.
