1/2 C. MARGARINE (COUNTRY CROCK LIGHT)
1/2 C. SUGAR
1 EGG, BEATEN
1/4 C. PECANS, CHOPPED
1 3/4 C. FLOUR, SIFTED
1/2 TSP. SALT
1 TSP. BAKING SODA
1 TSP. BAKING POWDER

1 TSP. CINNAMON
1/2 TSP. CLOVES
1 (16 OZ.) CAN WHOLE BERRY CRANBERRY SAUCE

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. SPRAY 2 (9 X 5) LOAF PANS WITH PAM; SET ASIDE. CREAM MARGARINE AND SUGAR UNTIL SMOOTH. BEAT IN EGG. STIR IN PECANS. COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS AND SIFT. ADD TO MARGARINE MIXTURE AND ADD CRANBERRY SAUCE. STIR JUST UNTIL MOIST. DO NOT OVER STIR. SPOON INTO LOAF PANS. BAKE AT 350 FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL IN PANS 10 MINUTES ON WIRE RACK. REMOVE FROM PANS AND COOL COMPLETELY ON RACK.
