9 Low Fat graham wafers - 4.5 pts
3 cups chopped rhubarb -0 pts
1 pk sugar free strawberry Jello - 0 pts
1-1/2 cups 1% milk - 3 pts

1 pk Vanilla sugar free/fat free Instant Pudding - 2 pts
1-1/2 CoolWhip the 76% Fat Free - 4 pts

| Cooking Instructions: |

Line a 8x8 pan with graham wafers
Microwave 3 cups of rhubarb. Stir every 2 minutes until soft (about 6 - 8 min)
Stir in the Strawberry Jello and let COOL.
Mix pudding with 1-1/2 cups milk until thick.
Fold in the cooled rhubarb mixture and pour over the wafers.
Top with CoolWhip.
