Carlas' Absolutely Devine Strawberry Cake

1 Box Angel Food Cake Mix, (1-Step)
1 Can Strawberry Pie Filling
Splenda to add extra sweetness
1 8-ounce Carton Fat Free Cool
Whip.

In a small bowl, chop pie filling to decrease size of strawberries. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pie filling and Splenda if you like an even sweeter taste to your cakes.
Beat by hand until mixture begins to "grow". Spoon mixture into a
non-stick cake pan,use a rubber spatula to spread mixture evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cake will be lightly browned and when a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean, the cake is done. Do not overbake. Cake will have expanded to top of pan. VERY IMPORTANT STEP: To keep the cake "puffed up" in size, turn cake pan upside down and place corners of pan on four cans of the same size to cool. I used canned veggies and found them to
work great. Cool cake completely and frost with the Fat Free Cool
Whip. Sliced fresh strawberries on top of the Cool Whip add a colorful touch to cake. Immediately place cake in the fridge to
get very cold as this enhances the flavor and is a refreshingly
cool dessert for warm summer days. My family loves this wonderful
cake.
