Apple Cinnamon Loaf

| Ingredients: |
1 cup Splenda (96 cals)
1 cup all purpose flour (455 cals)
1 cup of skim milk (45 cals)
1/2 cup flax seed flour (382 cals)
1/2 cup of oatmeal (167 cals)
2 tbsp of maple syrup (52 cals)

1/2 cup unsweetned apple sauce (53 cals)
1 cup dried apples (209 cals)
3 tsp of brown sugar (33 cals)

Preheat oven to 375
Mix all ingredients (EXCEPT the brown sugar) thoroughly in a mixing bowl. If you choose to use a different form of bran (other than oatmeal and flax) in your recipe, you may need to adjust the milk content to create the proper consistency. The dough should be thick and sticky (yet blendable).
Put mixture into a 4.5"x8.5" WELL GREASED loaf pan. Sprinkle a pinch of oatmeal and 3 tsp of brown sugar ontop for aesthetics.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

This recipe turns out nice and soft and moist. It's the perfect addition to a nice cup of tea :) tastes sinfully deliscious but it's guilt-free!
hint: you can substitute the flax and oatmeal for any kind of bran-type flour you wish. this includes bran cereals. just make sure to grind up the cereal if it is chunky.
