Magnificent Low Calorie Panna Cota

Ingredients:
16oz plain low fat yogurt
1/2 can low fat condensed milk
1pkg plain gelatin
2tsp. vanilla extract
1-4 individual pkgs splenda sweetner (to your own taste)
fresh or frozen strawberries, sliced with splenda added
Cooking Instructions:
Place yogurt, and vanilla in a bowl; mix and set aside. In a small saucepan place 1/2 can canned milk and sprinkle with gelatin. Let sit for 3 minutes. Turn stove on low and stir milk until warm and gelatin is dissolved. Pour into yogurt mixture stirring constantly.Add Splenda to taste. Place in 4 individual ramikins and place in fridge for 2 hours or overnight. Invert onto a plate and place strawberries on top and serve.
