Ingredients:
2 (8-ounce) packages Philadelphia fat-free cream cheese
6 tablespoons chunky or creamy Peter Pan reduced-fat peanut butter
1 (4-serving) package JELL-O sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
2/3 cup Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
1 cup water
1/4 cup Cool Whip Free
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (6-ounce) Keebler chocolate piecrust
1 tablespoon Hershey's Lite Chocolate Syrup
Cooking Instructions:
In a large bowl, stir cream cheese with a sturdy spoon until soft. Blend in peanut butter. Add dry pudding mix, dry milk powder, and water. Mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in Cool Whip Free and vanilla extract. Evenly spread mixture into piecrust. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Just before serving, drizzle chocolate syrup over top. Cut into 8 servings.
