Ingredients:
1 Sweet Rewards Yellow Cake Mix 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained and reserved 1 1/3 c. water (use reserved juice to help make up amount of water) 3 egg whites
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, water and juice mixture, and egg whites. Fold in crushed pineapple. Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with Pam and pour cake mixture into pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
