Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:
* 1 1/2 c. flour
* 24 packets Sweet&Low Sugar Substitute
* 1/2 tsp baking soda
* tsp. salt
* 3/4 c. Plain Low-fat Yogurt or applesauce
* 1 egg
* 1 c. mashed bananas
* 1 3/4 c. uncooked Quick rolled oats
Cooking Instructions:
Mix flour, sweetner, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Mix in yogurt or applesauce with a fork until finely crumbled. Beat egg. Stir in egg and rest of ingredients all at once into flour mixture. Beat well. Drop by teaspoon full on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F. about 12 minutes or until brown.
