Frozen Yogurt Pies

| Ingredients: |
4 Cups Choc Twirl Sugar Free
Fat free Frozen Yogurt
1 box of choc or vanilla pudding, Sugar Free
1 heaping TBLS peanut butter
1/3 C grape nuts

| Cooking Instructions: | |
Mix together for about 2 minutes. Put in low fat graham crust, or I just put on a layer of graham crackers. Cool whip if desired. Return to freezer for a couple of hours. (If filling seems too thick, add one cup of skim milk)
Filling:
In a saucepan heat milk just to a simmer (not boil) add custard mix and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until powder is completely dissolved, about 1 min. Stir in coconut and coconut extract, remove from heat, let cool slightly, then pour into cooled crust. Cover and chill until firm, about 1 hour.
(May also serve with fat-free or light Cool Whip

OTHER IDEAS FOR YOGURT PIES
2 or 3 boxes flavored Yogurt (low fat) mixed with 1 box Sugar free, Fat free Vanilla Pudding.....Low fat graham crust and Mix with 2 Cups of Cool whip. Lemon is very good and strawberry is good with a few sliced berries for garnish.
