Ingredients:
2 Low-fat Flour Tortillas
2 Eggs
4 slices Bacon
Chopped onion
2 slices American Cheese, Reduced Fat
Cooking Instructions:
Cook bacon in microwave for 2-3 minutes, set aside. Scramble eggs in skillet until done, add onions. Microwave tortilla for 20 seconds, with slice of cheese in middle of tortilla. Add eggs and bacon. Wrap up tortilla.
