BREAKFAST FOR TWO

2 cups egg beaters
2 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
2 pieces of whole wheat toast
|
non fat, low cal margarine
non stick cooking spray

| Cooking Instructions: |
|
Heat two skillets with non stick cookingspray. Scramble the egg beaters in one of
the skillets. In the other skillet, brown the hash browns, salt and pepper to taste.
Toast the bread and spread 1 Tablespoon of the diet margarine over surface of toast. Divide the eggs, hash browns and toast between two people and enjoy.
