Ingredients:
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 3/4 Cups Wb Kashi Cereal -- Good friends
3/4 Cup lowfat 2% milk
1/4 Cup Honey
2 Each Egg white
1/4 Cup Applesauce
1 medium Banana -- mashed
Cooking Spray
Cooking Instructions:
Combine the first 2 ingredients in a bowl. Set aside. In another bowl add the kashi cereal and milk and let stand 2 minutes. Add the egg whites and beat well. Stir in apple sauce, banana and honey. Add to flour mixture and mix well Spray muffin pans with cooking spray. Fill tins the tins. Bake for 20 -25 minutes.
