3 cups King Arthur 100% white whole wheat flour
1 T. plus 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups Splenda
Combine above in large bowl until well blended

1 15 oz. can 100% pumpkin
8 oz. egg beaters
1 cup Musselman Apple Sauce with Splenda
1/2 c. water
Stir above 4 ingredients to blend and then mix into flour mix just to moisten
Fold in:
1 cup fresh cranberries
and then spoon mixture into 2 prepared pans.
