Egg Nog

| Ingredients: |
1 3/4 Cups Sugar
1/4 Cup Flour
2 Quarts 2% Milk
6 Eggs, lightly beaten

3 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
2 Teaspoons Rum Extract
4 Cups Fat Free Half & Half
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg

| Cooking Instructions: | |
In a sauce pan combine the sugar and flour. Gradually add in the milk,
and eggs and whicj until smooth. Cook until it comes to 160 degrees. About 20
minutes. Remove from heat and add the extracts. Chill for 2 hours.
Just before serving strain the egg nog mixture. Add the reamining ingredients
and Serve.
