SOUR CREAM ENCHILADAS

1/2 Cup Fat-free Sour cream
1/2 Cup Onions, diced
1/2 Cup Fat-free Cheddar cheese, Shredded
4 Ounces Green Chiles, diced

1/2 Cup Olives, chopped
8 Each Fat-free Flour tortillas, small size (6")
10 Ounces Enchilada sauce
1/2 Cup fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded

Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Place an equal Amount on the 8 tortillas and Roll up. Place in a Sprayed Baking Pan. Pour the Enchilada sauce over the top. Sprinkle with the remaining Cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
