PIZZA WITH THE WORKS |
1 Onion, thinly sliced

1 Cup Frozen Soy Crumbles
|
Preheat oven to 425°. In a skillet over medium heat, add the oil and cook the onion until translucent. Add the next 2 ingredients and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the soy crumbles, chipotle and 2 tablespoons water. Heat through. Place on top of the crust. Add the tomatoes and cheese. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve. |
