ONION PIE |
1 Cup Low Fat Bisquick

8 Ounces Fat Free Cream

Preheat Oven to 350°. Combine the first 2 ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Coat a 9" pie plate with cooking spray. Spray hands with cooking spray. Pat the dough into the pie plate. Melt butter in a skillet and add the onion. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add to the pie plate. Place the cream cheese and egg in a bowl and beat with a beater until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over the onions. Bake for 45 minutes. |
