CROCK-POT LENTIL STEW WITH HAM

1 Cup Onion, chopped
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
5 Cups Fat Free Chicken Broth
1 Cup Dried Lentils
1/2 Cup Carrot, chopped
2 Bay Leafs
3 Cups Swiss Chard, chopped

1 1/2 Cups Potato, chopped
1 Cup Ham, chopped
1 (14.5 OZ) Can Diced Tomatoes, drained
1 Teaspoon Basil
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
3 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped

Add all ingredients to a crock-pot. Cook on high for 7-9 hours. Serve
