SPINACH PASTA |
10 Ounces Whole Wheat Spaghetti

Pinch of Nutmeg

Bring a large pot of Water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 7-10 minutes. Coat a skillet with cooking spray, over medium heat. Add the next 2 ingredients and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes and sauté for 1 minute. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Add the spinach and stir constantly for 30 seconds until the leaves wilt. Drain the pasta and toss with the spinach mixture. Add the feta cheese and pepper. Serve. |
