2 Cups Frozen Corn

1 (14.5 OZ) Can tomatoes, diced

Preheat oven to 400°. Combine first 7 ingredients, in a bowl. Place 2 tortillas in an 11 X 7" baking dish. Spoon half the mixture over the tortillas. Repeat with another layer. Sprinkle the cheese over all. Bake for 15 minutes. Spoon the yogurt on top. |
