MEXICAN LASAGNA

2 Cups Frozen Corn
1/3 Cup Green Onion, sliced
2 Teaspoons Cumin, ground
2 Teaspoons Dried Oregano
1 (15 OZ) Can Black Beans, drained

1 (14.5 OZ) Can tomatoes, diced
1 (4.5 OZ) Can Green Chilies, chopped
4 Corn Tortillas
1 1/2 Cup Reduce Calorie Monterey Jack Cheese
6 Tablespoons Plain Fat Free Yogurt

Preheat oven to 400°. Combine first 7 ingredients, in a bowl. Place 2 tortillas in an 11 X 7" baking dish. Spoon half the mixture over the tortillas. Repeat with another layer. Sprinkle the cheese over all. Bake for 15 minutes. Spoon the yogurt on top.
