STIR FRIED CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLES
AND LO MIEN NOODLES

3/4 Cup Fat Free Chicken Broth
2 Tablespoons Water
1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
2 Teaspoons Sugar
2 Teaspoons Low Sodium Soy
Sauce
10 OZ Lo Mien Noodles, uncooked

1 Pound Skinned Boneless Chicken,
cut into pieces
1 Cup Broccoli Florets
1/2 Cup Carrots, sliced
1/2 Cup Green Onions, sliced
1 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
1 (8 OZ Package) Frozen Sugar Snap Peas

Cooked the noodles per the package instructions. In a frying pan add 1/4 cup of the chicken broth and the chicken. Cook until the chicken is cooked through. Add the remaining broth and the remaining ingredients. Cook until vegetables are tender. Serve over the noodles.
