RED CHICKEN CHILI

3 Cups Onion, chopped
1/4 Cup Chili Powder
1 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
1 1/2 Teaspoons Dried Cumin
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
3 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth

1 16 OZ Can Kidney Beans,
drained
1 15 OZ Can Black Beans,
drained
1 14.5 OZ Can Whole Tomatoes
3 Cups Cooked Chicken, diced
1/2 Cup Shredded Reduced Calorie
Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream

Place all ingredients except the cheese and sour cream, into a large pan. Simmer on low for 30 minutes. Serve with the cheese and sour cream.
