SOUTHWEST TURKEY BURGERS |
3/4 Cup Finely chopped Onion

1 1/2 Pounds Ground Turkey Breast

Prepare Grill. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Divide into 6 equal portions and shape into a 1/2" thick patty. Spray grill with cooking Spray and place patties on grill. Grill 5 minutes. Turn over and grill 2 minutes. Divide cheese evenly over patties and grill and additional 5 minutes. Place onion slices on grill and grill 4 minutes. Place rolls on grill cut sides down and grill 1 minute or until toasted. Top each patty with a Onion. Place on rolls and serve. |
