JERK CHICKEN

1/3 Cup Diced Yellow Onion
1/4 Cup Green Onions, chopped
2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

3/4 Teaspoon Ground Allspice
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Habanero Pepper, quartered
6 (6 OZ) Skinless, boneless Chicken Breasts
Cooking Spray

Place the first 10 ingredients in a Blender. Blend until Smooth. Place in a Large Zip Lock bag. Place the Chicken in the bag and Marinate over night. Prepare Grill. Remove Chicken from Marinade. Discard the Marinade. Place on Grill and cook 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Serve.
