JERK CHICKEN |
1/3 Cup Diced Yellow Onion

3/4 Teaspoon Ground Allspice

Place the first 10 ingredients in a Blender. Blend until Smooth. Place in a Large Zip Lock bag. Place the Chicken in the bag and Marinate over night. Prepare Grill. Remove Chicken from Marinade. Discard the Marinade. Place on Grill and cook 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Serve. |
