Swiss Enchiladas

Cooking Spray 1 1/2 Cups Onion, chopped
2 Cups Cooked Chicken, Diced
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
2 (4.5 Oz) can diced green chilies
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomates

2 Cups FAt Free Milk
2 Tablespoons Flour
6 (8 Inch) Flour Tortillas
2 Cups Shredded Swiss Cheese, divided

Preheat Oven to 350. Heat a skillet coated with cooking Spray. Add Onion and cook 5 minutes. Stir in the next 4 ingredients and simmer 7 minutes or until liquid evaporates. Combine milk and Flour in a small sauce pan Cook 5 mintes stirring constantly until it thickens. Spoon 1.2 cup of the chicken Mixture on each tortilla and 2 a/2 Tablepoons Cheese. roll up and put in a 13 x 9 Pan coated with cooking spray. Pour milk mixture over top and spinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 25 minutes
