HERB 40 CLOVE GARLIC CHICKEN

6 Skinless Boneless Chicken
Breasts
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
40 Garlic Cloves, minced

1 Cup Fat Free Chicken Broth
1 Cup White Wine
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme

Mix all ingredients in a frying pan. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 to 45 minutes until chicken is done. Note: if you don’t like this much garlic, use a smaller portion. Like 1 tablespoon, minced or less depending on your taste.
