CHEESE STUFFED CHICKEN |
4 Skinless, Boneless Chicken

2 Tablespoons Parmesan
|
Preheat Oven to 400°. Using a knife, butterfly each chicken breast. Open like a book and place a slice of cheese on each. Roll the chicken breast up. Beat the egg in a bowl. Combine the breadcrumbs and the next 4 ingredients in another bowl. Dip the chicken into the egg and then roll in the breadcrumb mixture. Place the oil in a skillet. Add the chicken and brown for about 2 minutes. Place the skillet into the oven and cook for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. |
