TURKEY TOMATO PASTA SAUCE

1 Pound Turkey Italian Sausage Links,
casings removed
1/2 Cup Green Onions, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 Cans (14 1/2 OZ Each) Tomatoes,
undrained
1/2 Cup White Wine or Chicken Broth

1 Cup Fresh Basil, minced
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
Cooked Spaghetti Noodles
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

In a large non-stick skillet, cook the sausage and the next 2 ingredients until cooked through. Drain. Add the next 4 ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over the noodles and sprinkle with the cheese.
