5 Ounces Japanese Curly Noodles,

1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper

Cook noodles according to package directions, drain. Combine broth and the next 5 ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Heat 1 Teaspoon oil in a large skillet. Add the chicken and sauté 4 minutes. Add pepper and sauté 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Combine the noodles and chicken in a large bowl. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan. Add the ginger and garlic. Cook 15 seconds. Stir in broth mixture, cook 30 seconds. Add broth mixture and green onions to noodles, toss well. |
