CHICKEN PIZZA |
3/4 Cup Rice Vinegar

Cooking Spray

Preheat oven to 500°. Combine the first 8 ingredients in a bowl. Stir with a whisk. Heat a non-stick pan coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add chicken and sauté for 2 minutes. Remove from pan. Pour the vinegar mixture into the pan and bring to a boil. Cook 6 minutes or until thicken. Return chicken to pan and cook for 1 minute or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle cheeses on the crust. Top with chicken mixture. Bake for 12 minutes on bottom rack in oven Sprinkle with the green onions. |
