ITALIAN CHICKEN WITH CHICKPEAS

1 Pound Chicken Breast Tenders
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 1/3 Cups Onion, sliced

1 Cup Green Peppers, sliced
1/2 Teaspoon Bottled Garlic,
minced
1 (15 1/2 Oz) Can Chickpeas,
drained
1 (14.5 OZ) Can Diced Italian
Tomatoes

Sprinkle chicken with the pepper. Heat Oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 2 minutes on each side. Add next 2 ingredients and sauté 4 minutes. Reduced heat to medium and add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook 8 minutes. Serve.
