CHICKEN STROGNAOFF

10 Ounces Skinless Boneless
Chicken Breast, cubed
2 Cups Mushrooms, chopped
1 Cup Onions, chopped
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard

1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Tablespoons Flour
3 Tablespoons Fat-Free Sour Cream
4 Cups Cooked Noodles

Add the first 8 ingredients to a crock-pot. Cook on Low for 8 hours. Cook the Noodles when ready. Add the Flour and sour cream just before serving. Stir to Thicken, and melt the sour cream. Serve over the noodles.
