10 Fat Free Corn Tortillas

1/2 Green Bell Pepper, diced

Preheat the oven to 350°. In a 9 x 13” pan line the bottom with half of the tortillas.Mix the next 6 ingredients in a bowl. Layer half the mixture over the tortillas. Do another layer of tortillas and mixture. Bake covered for 30 minutes. Add the cheese and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is melted. |
