TURKEY QUESADILLA'S |
1/2 Pound Lean Ground Turkey

1 Can (4 OZ) Diced Green
|
Cook turkey until fully cooked. Add next 11 ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.Place 4 flour tortillas on an un-greased cookie sheet. Divide the meat mixture evenly over them. Sprinkle evenly with the cheese. Place the other 4 flour tortillas on top. Place a non- stick skillet on the stove. Cook each quesadilla until brown on each side and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges. Serve. |
