CHICKEN PARMIGIANA

8 Ounces Boneless Skinless
Chicken Breast
1/4 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese

14 1/2 Ounces Tomato Wedges,
canned
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Teaspoon Sugar

Mix the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese together. Roll the chicken breasts in the mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Mix the last 3 ingredients in a pan and heat through. Serve over the chicken.
