BARBEQUED TURKEY BURGERS |
1/4 Cup Onion, chopped

1 Pound Ground Turkey

Combine the onion, 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce and the next 5 ingredients. Mix well. Divide into 4 equal balls and make into patties. Spray the grill with the cooking spray. Add the patties. Cook 7 minutes on each side. Spread the remaining barbeque sauce on each patty. Serve with the lettuce tomatoes and buns. |
