BARBEQUED TURKEY BURGERS

1/4 Cup Onion, chopped
1/4 Cup Barbeque Sauce,
divided
2 Tablespoons Dry Bread
Crumbs
2 Tablespoons Mustard
3/4 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 Pound Ground Turkey
Cooking Spray
4 Lettuce leaves
4 Tomato slices4 Hamburger Buns

Combine the onion, 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce and the next 5 ingredients. Mix well. Divide into 4 equal balls and make into patties. Spray the grill with the cooking spray. Add the patties. Cook 7 minutes on each side. Spread the remaining barbeque sauce on each patty. Serve with the lettuce tomatoes and buns.
