TURKEY LASAGNA |
1 Pound Ground Turkey

1/2 Cup (2 OZ) Fresh Parmesan
|
Preheat Oven to 350°. Cook the turkey in a saucepan until cooked through. Add water and pasta sauce. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Combine 2 cups mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese and next 4 ingredients ina bowl. Spread 1 cup turkey mixture in a 13 x 9” pan. Place 3 noodles over turkey, top with 1 ½ cups turkey mixture. Spread 1/2 the cheese mixture over the top. Repeat layers ending with the turkey mixture. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and add the other 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes. |
