SPICY RANCH CHICKEN WRAPS |
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder

2 Tablespoons Parsley, minced

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a zip lock bag. Add chicken and shake. Combine the next 6 ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Place a non-stick pan on the stove. Add the chicken and cook until done about 5 minutes. Add the buttermilk mixture and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat. Warm the tortillas in a microwave for 20 seconds. Spoon the chicken mixture on 4 tortillas. Top with the lettuce and tomato. Roll and wrap them up.Serve. |
