SPICY RANCH CHICKEN WRAPS

2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 1/4 Pounds Skinned, Boneless
Chicken Breast, cut in strips
1/2 Cup Low Fat Buttermilk
1/4 Cup Fat Free Mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons Parsley, minced
2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
2 Jalapeno Peppers, seeded
& diced
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
4 Fat Free Flour Tortillas
3 Cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
1 1/3 Cups Tomatoes, seeded & chopped

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a zip lock bag. Add chicken and shake. Combine the next 6 ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Place a non-stick pan on the stove. Add the chicken and cook until done about 5 minutes. Add the buttermilk mixture and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat. Warm the tortillas in a microwave for 20 seconds. Spoon the chicken mixture on 4 tortillas. Top with the lettuce and tomato. Roll and wrap them up.Serve.
