2 Cups Water

1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Bring water to a boil in a medium pan. Gradually stir in couscous. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Combine orange juice and next 5 ingredients. Stir well. Add to couscous mixture. Add chicken and the remaining ingredients. Toss well. Serve. |
