BAKED CHICKEN TORTILLAS

1 Cup Salsa
1 (8 OZ) Carton Fat Free
Sour Cream
6 Flour Tortillas
1 1/2 Cups Chicken Breast,
cooked
1/3 Tomato, chopped

1/3 Red or Green Pepper,
chopped
1/4 Cup Onion, chopped
Cooking Spray
3/4 Cup Reduced Fat Cheddar
Cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine 1/2 cup salsa, and sour cream in a small bowl. Spread evenly over each tortilla. Divide chicken, tomato, bell pepper and onion evenly down the center of each tortilla. Roll up. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Top each with the remaining salsa. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts. Serve.
