BAKED CHICKEN TORTILLAS |
1 Cup Salsa

1/3 Red or Green Pepper,

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine 1/2 cup salsa, and sour cream in a small bowl. Spread evenly over each tortilla. Divide chicken, tomato, bell pepper and onion evenly down the center of each tortilla. Roll up. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Top each with the remaining salsa. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts. Serve. |
