CHICKEN FRICASSEE WITH ORZO |
4 Skinned & Boneless Chicken

2 Cloves Garlic, minced

Sprinkle chicken with pepper. Melt butter in a large non-stick pan. Add chicken and cook 3 minutes on each side. Removed from pan. Add the next 4 ingredients and sauté for 4 minutes. Add the broth and wine. Put chicken back in and simmer 10-15 moreminutes until chicken is done. Remove chicken from pan Add the whipping cream and cook uncovered for 8 minutes. Spoon 3/4 cup orzo on to 4 plates. Top with a chicken breast. Add 1/3 cup sauce to each and 1 tablespoon parsley. Serve. |
