TURKEY PATTIES |
8 Ounces Ground Turkey

4 Each Crackers, crumbled
|
Mix all the ingredients except the broth into a bowl. Mix together until blended. Form into 2 patties. Pour the broth into a frying pan. Add the patties and simmer on low for 45 minutes. Might need to add some water if the chicken broth is absorbed too much. Serve. |
