SOUTHWEST TURKEY TACOS |
8 Ounces Ground Turkey

1/2 Cup Red Pepper, chopped
|
In a non-stick pan cook the turkey until cooked through. Add the onion and chili powder. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in the salsa, corn and peppers; cook 2 minutes. Place 1/2 cup of the mixture on to each tortilla. Top with ¼ cup cheese. Serve. |
