SOUTHWEST TURKEY TACOS

8 Ounces Ground Turkey
1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
1/2 Cup Salsa
1 Cup Corn, frozen mix

1/2 Cup Red Pepper, chopped
6 Each Fat Free Flour Tortillas
1 (7 oz) Can Diced Green Chilies
1 1/3 Cups Reduced Fat Monterey
Jack Cheese

In a non-stick pan cook the turkey until cooked through. Add the onion and chili powder. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in the salsa, corn and peppers; cook 2 minutes. Place 1/2 cup of the mixture on to each tortilla. Top with ¼ cup cheese. Serve.
