BALSAMIC CHICKEN

6 Each Skinless Boneless
Chicken Breasts
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
3 Cloves Garlic, crushed
1 1/2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste

1 Cup Chicken Broth
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Honey
4 Tablespoons Scallions, chopped

Heat oil in a saucepan. Add chicken and brown on all sides, about 10 minutes. Remove from pan and drain off any excess fat. Add remaining ingredients to the pan; bring to a boil and return chicken to the pan and reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve.
