TURKEY STUFFING LOAF |
2 Small Granny Smith Apples,

1/2 Cup Plain Fat Free Yogurt
|
Preheat oven to 375°. In a non-stick skillet, spray the pan with cooking spray. Add the apples and vegetables and sauté, until the apples are soft. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, and mix well. Spray a 9 X 5 X 3” loaf pan with cooking spray. Transfer meat mixture to pan. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until firm. Serve. |
