ITALIAN PASTA STIR FRY

8 Ounces Linguine
1 Medium Zucchini, grated
1 Medium Onion, chopped
2 Medium Tomatoes, seeded
and chopped
1 Cup Fresh Parsley, snipped

2 Large Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Teaspoon Each of Dry Basil
and Oregano Leaves
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Ounce Parmesan Cheese, grated

Cook pasta in boiling water 8-10 minutes. In wok stir fry zucchini, onion and garlic for2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes, parsley and seasonings. Heat for 2-3 Minutes. Remove from heat. Mix with the cooked noodles. Sprinkle with the grated parmesan cheese. Serve.
