8 Ounces Linguine

2 Large Garlic Cloves, minced

Cook pasta in boiling water 8-10 minutes. In wok stir fry zucchini, onion and garlic for2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes, parsley and seasonings. Heat for 2-3 Minutes. Remove from heat. Mix with the cooked noodles. Sprinkle with the grated parmesan cheese. Serve. |
