SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS |
MEATBALLS:

1 Green Pepper, chopped

Preheat oven to 450°. To make the meatballs, combine all the ingredients until well mixed. Roll into 24 meatballs and place on a broiler rack. Bake until cooked about 10 minutes, turning once. Set aside. Sauce: Combine all the ingredients except the noodles, and parmesan cheese. Simmer for 30 minutes. Cook the noodles in a large pan with boiling water for 7-10 minutes. Drain. Add the meatballs to the sauce. Pour over noodles and serve. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired. |
