SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS

MEATBALLS:
1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
1/4 Cup Parsley, chopped
2 Tablespoons Onion, minced
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Tablespoon Basil
SAUCE:
1 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
3/4 Cup Onion, chopped

1 Green Pepper, chopped
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 Teaspoon Basil
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
1/4 Teaspoon Rosemary
1/8 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
16 OZ Can Tomatoes, crushed
6 Ounces Spaghetti
1 1/2 Ounces Parmesan Cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 450°. To make the meatballs, combine all the ingredients until well mixed. Roll into 24 meatballs and place on a broiler rack. Bake until cooked about 10 minutes, turning once. Set aside. Sauce: Combine all the ingredients except the noodles, and parmesan cheese. Simmer for 30 minutes. Cook the noodles in a large pan with boiling water for 7-10 minutes. Drain. Add the meatballs to the sauce. Pour over noodles and serve. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
