PASTA WITH HAM AND CREAMY TOMATO SAUCE

1 Medium Onion, chopped
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
6 Ounces Small Pasta Shells
1 16 oz Canned Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Basil
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano

1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
4 OZ Reduced Sodium Ham, diced
1/4 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream
1 1/2 Ounces Parmesan Cheese, grated

Cook noodles in a large pan of boiling water until done 7-10 minutes. Combine the remaining ingredients in a skillet, except the sour cream & parmesan cheese. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Add the sour cream and stir until blended. Add the pasta. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
